Welcome To St. Michael Catholic Church

I hope this website helps you understand a little of the love and service to others that takes place around our campus! I've just been here since June of 2008 but I can already see that a lot of good takes place here and even more will occur if you join us!  We are a growing, vibrant community that values worship first of all, then education and service. All are followed closely by FUN! Events like our Summer Picnic, Backyard Party, fish fries, auction, ballgames, etc. cause us to gather over and over again and it is obvious to me that the people around here genuinely like each other. All ages seem to get along well and enjoy being around each other. That helps build community!

There is a real sense of outreach at St. Michael as we realize God has blessed us and we are called to be a blessing for others. Although we are not what I would consider a "wealthy" parish, there is none the less a willingness to give to others who are in need. This past year we were the largest contributor of all the Catholic parishes to the WHAS Crusade for Children collection. That is just one indication that the parish is generous towards others, and we are constantly seeking new ways to share our gifts with those who are less fortunate.

We hope you come join us at St. Michael! If you are considering a visit or if you are already a part of us, know that you are appreciated and prayed for daily.

Love and prayers,

Father Dick
Pastor
