To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account.  Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.

All students who are NEW to St. Michael are required to take admissions testing before final acceptance. Enrollment does not guarantee acceptance into St. Michael. Failure to disclose information on applications or enrollment forms may jeopardize your student's enrollment at St. Michael, even after acceptance. Students in grades first-eighth who are NEW are required to take admissions testing at the end of the school year and/or over the summer before final acceptance. Students entering kindergarten must take the Kindergarten entrance exam before final acceptance, regardless of preschool attendance at any educational institution (including St. Michael preschool.)

1. Apply at St. Michael FACTS APPLICATION - Admissions Online -- Once accepted, follow the steps below to set up online payment. 
2. Go to FACTS ( https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3WCC2)
3. Sign into your FACTS account.
   
   - If you have forgotten your username and password, you may create a new one.
   - If you are a new family, please create a new account.
   
   
4. Click "set up a Payment Plan" to begin the enrollment questionnaire and register for the upcoming year.
5. Once the enrollment question and payment options are complete, press "Submit" to pay your fees and enroll.
   
   - Enrollment is  $150/student for grades K-8.
   - Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
   - Students entering Kindergarten must be five years old by August 1st.

Application Timeline & Acceptance Process
Applications will be open from January 1, 2026 through February 27, 2026. After this date, initial acceptance letters will be sent.

Acceptance will be offered in the following order:

1. Siblings of current students

2. Parishioners

3. Catholic applicants

4. All other applicants

Beginning February 28, 2026, applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following items will need to be submitted (you may submit these during the application & enrollment process):

• Baptismal Certificate, if applicable (new students only)
• Current Kentucky Immunization Certificate (new students only)
• State Birth Certificate (new students only)
• Preventative Health Care Form/Physical Form (new students only)
• Eye Exam Form for new students (Preschool-1st) due by December 31 of enrollment year. Must be performed by an optometrist or an ophthalmologist. 
• Current/Previous Report Card (1st-8th only)
• Current/Previous Standardized Test Scores (1st-8th only)
• Teacher Recommendation Form (new students only, 1st-8th)
• Diagnostic or Psychological Evaluation Results (if applicable)
• Custody Papers (if applicable)

Forms may be uploaded to the FACTS portal during the application process. Forms can also be mailed or faxed to the school office (please note that mailing forms may cause a delay in enrollment & acceptance.)

Once you have received notice of acceptance you will need to complete the following to set up your payment plan:

6. Once the payment options are complete, press "Submit" to pay your fees. 
   
   - Enrollment fees  for 3 and 4 year old Preschool are $110 per student.  
   - Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
   - Students entering our 3- and 4-year-old program must be 3 or 4 years old by August 1.
